Job Responsibilities:
∎ Capable of conducting online classes.
∎ You have to take the challenge of Online teaching in innovative ways to ensure the quality of education.
∎ We are looking for inspiring instructors who enjoy playing with children to conduct our lessons.
∎ Coordinating with administration to create education plans for the students.
∎ Meeting with parents to discuss the goals and needs of students in their program.
∎ Meet with other staff to create grade or appropriate lesson plans.
∎ Attend staff meetings, training, performances, presentations, etc. As required and prepare.
∎ Strong interest in teaching & love for children.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 21 to 37 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent written and oral communication skills in English, Bangla.
∎ Possess a strong passion for teaching young children. Only for those serious in imparting. Knowledge to children of our future.
∎ Tracking the academic performance of students for signs of progress
∎ Willingness to learn and committed to work for the long term.
∎ Able to work on Friday and Saturday.
∎ Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
∎ Interpersonal skill
∎ Analytical skills.
