Job Responsibilities:
∎ Making outbound calls: Initiate contact with Potential customers or clients through phone calls to promote products or services.
∎ Conducting sales pitches: Present and explain the features and benefits of the products or services being offered to prospects. customize the pitch based on the needs and interests of each individual.
∎ Meeting Sales targets: Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and quotas set by the company. strive to maximize sales opportunities and close deals effectively.
∎ Building relationships: Establish rapport and build positive relationships with prospects. Engage in active listening to understand their needs, address concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
∎ Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through various sources, including cold calling, database management and marketing campaigns.
∎ Provide accurate and detailed information about our products or services to customers, answering any questions or concerns they may have.
∎ Actively listen to customers and recommend appropriate products or services based on their requirements.
∎ Maintain in-depth knowledge of our product range, features, benefits, and pricing.
∎ Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives by effectively demonstrating product value and closing sales.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
∎ Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
∎ Interpersonal skill
∎ Analytical skills.
