Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and execute strategic inbound and outbound marketing campaigns to create brand awareness, stimulate interest, and generate leads.
∎ Email Marketing: Responsible for email marketing program development and execution, including segmentation, testing, and deployment, and continually evaluate these for improvements. Making sure all emails are getting delivered without going to the spam folder. Create email campaigns that get a better open rate and response rate etc.
∎ Social Media Marketing: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn etc, marketing campaigns, and YouTube marketing.
∎ Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments for the sales team with qualified leads.
∎ Paid Advertisement: Facebook Ads, Google Ads etc (Campaign Planning and Execution, Content Create & Management)
∎ Lead Generation & Outreach: Conduct initial outreach to potential clients through various channels, including email, phone calls, and social media. The goal is to initiate conversations and build interest in the company's products or services.
∎ Budget Management: Assist in managing the digital marketing budget and allocate resources effectively to achieve maximum ROI.
∎ Performance Tracking: Monitor, measure, and report on the performance of outbound marketing campaigns, using data to inform decision-making and strategic planning.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 45 years

Salary: Tk. 20000 - 40000 (Monthly)
