Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Customer Service Management, Tele Marketing

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain excellent contact with the customers over the telephone.
∎ Provide product specifications and after sales service related information to the customer over the telephone.
∎ Answer phone calls and connect calls to appropriate parties.
∎ Prepare meeting agendas and organize meetings.
∎ File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports.
∎ Manage and maintain schedules.
∎ Communicate with all corporate clients and potential customers over telephone according to data/directory.
∎ Need to do Marketing Follow-up to the Client.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Excellent oral communication skills in both English and Bengali.
∎ Should have good voice and convincing power by phone.
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) is a must.
