Call Center / Customer Service, Tele Sales
Handling inbound and outbound calls, following up on inquiries and databases.
Performing counseling for interested candidates by making outbound calls.
Scheduling meetings with counselors (Virtual or Personal).
Understand student requirements and guide the student to the right program fitting his/her requirement.
Converting inquiries into admissions.
Proficient in English communication and interpersonal skills
Research and record-keeping skills
Verbal communication, outstanding negotiation skills to resolve issues of students.
