Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Computer Science and Engineering from any reputed university.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide end user support and perform as Service Integrator (SI)
∎ Proficiency on ITSM Remedy system in Incident Management and Change Management Environment
∎ Expertise on Installing, maintaining and troubleshooting of Microsoft Operating Systems, Microsoft Office 2016 and O365 (E1), various local and enterprise applications, mobility platforms, basic server and VM
∎ Deep technical skills for hardware troubleshooting of Laptops, Desktops, Network Multifunctional Printers (MFP), Color LaserJet Printers and local LaserJet printers, Projectors, UPS and Sound systems
∎ Maintain IT Hardware and Software inventory through Asset Tagging system
∎ Maintain properly the IT Asset (Desktops, Laptops, MFPs) Disposal process through Company Compliance SOP
∎ Maintain liaison with vendors for IT HW Warranty and other Services
∎ Adequate knowledge and experiences on configuring and troubleshooting of LAN & WAN related issues
∎ Provide IT support to onsite & online business meetings
∎ Coordinating with 3rd party internet vendor to ensure smooth internet supports for both expats and nationals
∎ Escalate unresolved/critical problems and follow up with the next level system admins or Global IT service desk
∎ Experiences on IT Service Monitoring system
∎ Experiences on handling IT Projects

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 3 years of proven experiences as an IT customer support role
∎ Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English
∎ Must have good technical knowledge on computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products
∎ Able to communicate effectively to understand the problem and explain its solution
∎ Able to work in a team to promote and motivate teamwork
∎ Excellent Customer Service skills
∎ Willingness to work extra hours during critical condition, gas plant premises or in weekends
∎ MCITP, MCSA, ITIL V3 Foundation Certification will be given preference.
∎ The successful candidate (Staff Contractor) shall be deployed in Multinational Company, our client engaged in Oil & Gas sector in Bangladesh.

Salary: Negotiable

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Cell Phone Allowance BDT 1,500/- per month.
∎ Overtime: Eligibility
∎ Yearly two annual allowance/bonus
∎ Weekly 05 days on 02 days off basis
∎ Daily rate applicable (Monthly salary to convert to day rate)
∎ Group life Insurance coverage.
∎ Hospitalization Insurance coverage.
