Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide customer support to our clients over the phone.
∎ Research, diagnose, troubleshoot, and identify solutions to resolve customer issues.
∎ Provide training to our customers regarding products and services.
∎ Collaborate with the internal team to escalate the pending issues.
∎ Performing relevant tasks assigned by the line manager.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Experience in HTML and CSS will be a plus.
∎ Basic knowledge of PHP and MySQL
Salary: Negotiable
