Responsibilities & Context:
Eximus Technologies is looking for talented Technical Support Executives. The selected candidates will go through 1 month internship program, and upon successful completion, will become permanent and get to work with our state-of-the-art Education Management System (EximusEdu) and its users. EximusEdu has a significant share of the market in the Education Management System sector, running since 2018 and having 200+ clients with a user base of 150K+.
Responsibilities
Receive calls/messages from users and resolve their issues or guide them towards how to do an operation correctly.
Prepare user guides or knowledgebase articles on various features of the software.
Convert user-provided data into software-recognized format and enter data into system as per users’ requirements.
Take trips to educational institutions for providing training to users.
Configure and maintain Wordpress websites.
Requirements
Fresher, but a maximum of 2 years experience as a Software Technical Support Executive will be allowed.
Keen interest in technology, especially software — how things work, how to figure out way-arounds to make things work etc.
Inquisitive mind — figure out what might be the cause of something not working as expected
Working experience in Microsoft Word and Excel, or Google Docs and Spreadsheet
Great attention to details — knowing that Sharafat's favorite color is grey
This is a full onsite position. You'll be required to work from our Mirpur Tower office.
Knowledge of configuring Wordpress websites will be a huge advantage.
