Experience:
Provide first- and second-level technical support to internal teams for cloud applications and infrastructure.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues; escalate major incidents to relevant teams.
Monitor system performance and application availability proactively.
Assist in managing cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) in collaboration with DevOps and engineering teams.
Support deployment and configuration of applications, CI/CD pipelines, and automation workflows.
Maintain documentation for troubleshooting procedures, SOPs, and knowledge base articles.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders on system status, incidents, and resolutions.
Collaborate with developers, QA, and product teams to resolve technical issues quickly.
Evaluate recurring issues and recommend improvements to systems or processes.
