∎ 7 to 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning, review and making strategy to help the project management in operating the programs smoothly ensuring the quality.
∎ In addition, prepare/review need base report with the consultation of Project coordinator and Project Manager
∎ Assess the needs of young people to correctly plan and deliver programmers related to areas such as health, fitness, smoking, drugs, gangs, violence, child abuse, child marriage, polygamy etc.
∎ Conduct material development workshop, training or relevant meeting.
∎ Develop new learning materials as needed, including charts/ flash card/ teachers/facilitators guide and workbooks for students.
∎ Regularly monitor and review the quality of the local youth work provision
∎ Run arts-based activities, community/environmental projects, residential activities, outdoor education and sporting activities
∎ Support young people in different settings, including outreach work
∎ Mentor, coach and support individuals, encouraging greater social inclusion
∎ Work in partnership with professionals from other organizations that support young people such as social care, health, police, education, youth offending teams and local authorities
∎ Attend and contribute to multi-agency meetings, bringing together practitioners from different
∎ Attend regular training and development opportunities to maintain an up-to-date knowledge of safeguarding, health and safety and local policy developments
∎ Continuous communicating with other technical persons of the project for identifying and developing the needful materials
∎ Ensure the effective and proper use of material
∎ Archiving the types of learning material used in EPRC,
∎ Ensuring proper monitoring, supervision and feedback, classroom observation, training follow-up.
∎ Revise and adapt existing accelerated learning curriculum and related materials, including designing, editing, revising, and use of materials for both teachers and students.
∎ Oversee the technical aspects of materials production, especially printing, ensuring that all electronic files are made print ready and that printer has needed elements. Conduct review and editing of printing proofs
∎ Promote collaboration and lead coordination amongst implementing partners
∎ Tasks as required in support of project goals.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ 5-7 years' experience in relevant field; specially in adolescent and youth development programs
∎ Working with refugees with field exposures will be preferred.
∎ Women are highly encouraged to apply
∎ Interpersonal skills, communication and facilitation skills etc.
∎ Should have mentality to work under pressure.
∎ Should have sound knowledge in computer operation (MS Office, internet operation etc.).
∎ Proven ability to manage stakeholders with strong communication, coordination, influencing and interpersonal skills.
∎ Demonstrated ability in thinking creatively and practically to improve the quality of projects.
∎ Strong planning skills and supervision skills in implementation.
∎ Proven skills in reporting and presentation.
∎ Ability to lead and work within a multi-cultural/diverse team.
∎ Commitment to humanitarian principles.
∎ LANGUAGES: English and Bangla (Fluent in writing and speaking). Skills in the local language of Cox's Bazar will be given preferences.

Salary: Tk. 88200 (Monthly)
