Job Context:
∎ The Role: Technical Specialist- SRHR will be responsible for technical oversight, to ensure quality of program interventions on SRHR and SGBV, implemented by the partner organizations that include two youth-led organizations. S/he will be developing SRHR technical guide, annual work plan and monitoring plan in collaboration with the Y-Moves team; assessing SRHR related training needs of partner staff and young people and member of Youth-led organizations; designing training modules/manuals and contextualizing the contents based on community, and conducting TOT/training programs for them.
∎ Besides, s/he will support development of project SBCC materials and materials for media campaign on SRHR; managing relationship with local partners, national partner and Youth-led organizations and other stakeholders; anchoring SRHR advocacy at local and national level.

Salary:
∎ Monthly consolidated salary range for this role is Tk. 86,870.00 to Tk. 108,588.00 (may vary based on experience) along with other benefits i.e. Life Insurance, Hospitalization Insurance coverage along with Out Patient Treatment Benefit.
