Educational Requirements:
∎ Master degree in Education or masters in social science or relevant field in Education

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum of 3 Years of experience of working in relevant field and early grades of primary education.
∎ Expertise on Gender & Inclusion. Participatory decision making, integrity, transparency, proactive stance, respect for gender equity and adherence to child rights
∎ Good knowledge and understanding of DO NO HARM principles and established education in emergencies standards.
∎ Experience with participatory approaches to education, and preferably emergency preparedness, crisis/emergency relief management, or other related area. Fluency in English and Experience in humanitarian settings.

Salary:
∎ Salary Package for this role is BDT. 86,870 to BDT. 97,730 fixed monthly Cost to the company. Along with other benefits i.e., hospitalization benefit for spouse and children, contributory provident fund, Festival Bonus, leave, group insurance and yearly medical check-up for employee.
