Educational Requirements:
∎ DVM / Fisheries Graduation or Masters from any reputed University.
∎ Experience will be preferred for the applicants.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To develop internal field people by sharing good knowledge and skills.
∎ To help the field people for achieving sales budget by providing the best services to farmers and prescribers in the relevant field.
∎ Creating market demand of all products as key products.
∎ Meeting with potential customers and exchanging ideas to obtain feedback on the movement of products and business as well.
∎ Provide after sales service activities and solving the stakeholder's quires.
∎ Have excellent knowledge in product design and marketing.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Comprehensive knowledge of Animal health and its market.
∎ Applicant have valid driving license will preferred
∎ Ability to handle all stakeholder with smiling face.
∎ Adapt any adverse situation.
∎ Excellent communication and report writing skills both in English and Bengali.
∎ Should have strong strategic thinking capacity, sound analytical, proactive, innovative and sales administrative skills.
∎ Good knowledge on MS Word, MS Excel and Power Point.
∎ Hard working and ability to work under pressure.
∎ Excellent and super-fast data analyzing and reporting skills.
