Responsibilities & Context:
Conduct fish farm visits to evaluate practices, assess fish health, provide technical support, and collaborate with consultants on hatchery management prescriptions.
Perform all activities to achieve a settled and customized target of Aqua products.
Provide technical guidance to fishers, fish farmers, and local partners on sustainable fisheries management, aquaculture practices, and aquatic ecosystem conservation.
Plan and conduct meetings/seminars to maximize outreach and awareness of aqua products with hatchery owners, fishery officers, local authorities, and farmers.
Educate field teams on aqua products, disease management, farming techniques, and sales strategies.
Address inquiries from officers, farm owners, model farmers, and local stakeholders.
