∎ DVM or Animal Husbandry.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Leadership quality and supervise manpower who will work under his supervision.
∎ Have to monitor and guide all marketing field force works under his supervision.
∎ Achieving the sales target given by the management or technical support in a particular area.
∎ Managing credit efficiently and effectively to get maximum output for the sales.
∎ Building strong network in the segment with farmers, doctors and chemists shops.
∎ Frequently visit farmers & Doctors.
∎ Provide technical support to the farmers & dealers regarding Product Information.
∎ Monitor sales team to achieve sales targets besides Planning and Execution of sales target for all products of the Company.
∎ Credit Control & Monitoring.
∎ Collecting regular market feedback and informing management the update.
∎ Searching & expansion of a new market.
∎ Travelling at remote areas of any location of Bangladesh.
∎ Follow-up daily sales, collection & report to superior for present situation.
∎ Frequent market survey & report to management.
∎ Any other task as assigned by management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 2 years experience equivalent post.
∎ Having Sound knowledge marketing & selling, Animal Health related products & also Feed Additives.
∎ Excellent technical knowledge & industry insight of Poultry and Dairy Industry.
∎ Having capability of leading a team.
∎ Excellent communication skill in English.

Salary: Tk. 30000 - 40000 (Monthly)

∎ Mobile bill, Tour allowance, Provident fund, Insurance, Gratuity.
∎ Lunch Facilities: Partially Subsidize
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2 (Yearly)
