Education:
    • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
    • Master of Business Administration (MBA)
    • Bachelor of Commerce (Pass)
    • Master of Commerce (MCom)
    • Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS)
  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (Major in Accounting/Finance) or related field from a recognized university.

  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting will be given preference

Skills Required:

  • Age At least 25 years

Experience

  • 1-3 years of experience in bookkeeping, auditing or a similar accounting or finance role.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., ERP, Basic software, Tally, QuickBooks etc.) and advanced knowledge of MS Excel.

Soft Skills:

  • High attention to detail strong numerical aptitude, excellent organizational skills, and a commitment to data confidentiality and accuracy.



Responsibilities & Context:

Job Location: Head Office (Shyamoli, Dhaka)

Job Description:

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, half yearly and annual financial statements which will consist cash flow, income statement and balance sheet.

  • Prepare and present collection and outstanding report in the fortnightly meeting.

  • Reconciliation of customers/vendors and banks.

  • Work on Accounting Software to update on bank transaction, due aging, reconciliation, etc.

  • Prepare monthly budget for operation and monitor & control the cost in accordance with budget.

  • Communicate with Sales Management to understand and execute company's strategies.

  • Designing and implementing cost accounting systems.

  • Maintain and prepare all kinds of Vouchers, Cash Book, Cheque Register, Bill Register, etc.
