Minimum (2-4) years of relevant experience in technical services or field support roles in animal health or agriculture-input industry.

Good understanding of local livestock practices and diseases patterns.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Responsibilities & Context:
We are currently seeking qualified and motivated candidates for the position of Technical Service Officer within our animal health division (Integrated Crop Solution Bangladesh). This role is critical in supporting our field teams, enhancing our customer engagement and delivering science-backed technical solutions to our clients and partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support and guidence and support on product usage, disease management and animalhealth protocols to customers, field staff and channel partners.
Conduct field visit, product demonstration, seminars, training and programs for veterinarians.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to design and implement technical campaigns.
Monitor product performance, document feedback and assist in product trials and field evaluation.
Stay updated with industry developments and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Reporting To: Field Supervisor or Regional Manager
