Responsibilities & Context:
We are pleased to invite application for the position of Field Supervisor within our Animal Health Division (Integrated Crop Solution Bangladesh). This position plays a vital in supporting our on ground operations, ensuring effective implementation sales and technical programs and strengthening customer engagement across the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and guide field-level sales and promotional activities, within the assigned territory.
- Provide technical support to farmers, veterinarians and channel partners on product usage and animal health management.
- Monitor and ensure timely execution of marketing campaigns, demonstration and field trials.
- Coordinate with distributors and retailers to ensure product availability and visibility.
- Gather market intelligence and report feedback to the management team.
Reporting To: Regional Sales Manager
