Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan, develop and execute innovative annual marketing plans to establish a growing brand in order to achieve overall
∎ sales targets in terms of volume, revenue, and profitability.
∎ Maintaining and developing relationships with existing & new customers.
∎ Good experience on Fire Protection, Fire Detection, FM200, Deluge, Electrical system & LPS.
∎ Good knowledge on code of NFPA, BNBC, RSC, ACCORD & ALLIANCE.
∎ Gathering market and customer information.
∎ Implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company's customer base and ensure its strong presence.
∎ Preparing and developing technical presentations to explain our company's products or services to customers.
∎ Collaborating with team to understand customer requirements and provide sales support.
∎ Achieve the set sales target of the department and set new target for individual and department as well.
∎ Generating high-quality sales leads, following up after initial contact, securing and renewing orders, negotiating prices,
∎ completing sales, and arranging deliveries.
∎ Researching, developing and gathering knowledge on relevant field to meet customers' technical requirements and
∎ needs. Setting and achieving sales goals and quotas.
∎ Working closely with the manufacturer and suppliers to ensure smooth operations and meet client expectations.
∎ Stay updated with respect to product knowledge and sales technique.
∎ Supervise and monitor clients query and complaint on priority basis.
∎ Generating various reports to monitor effective results and to submit to the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Experienced in sales and the engineering field.
∎ Excellent sales negotiation and closing skills as well as the ability to understand and meet customer needs to a
∎ very high level of customer satisfaction.
∎ A management style and work ethic that complement the company's dedication to upholding the utmost
∎ standards of integrity, honesty, and mutual respect.
∎ Demonstrable competency in strategic planning and business development
∎ The ability to relate technical information to non-technical customers.
∎ Excellent technical and problem-solving skills.
∎ Good co-ordination and team working skills.
∎ Willing to travel within & outside country any time.
