- Bilingual proficiency in English, Portuguese & Spanish required.

Responsibilities & Context:
We are seeking a skilled Technical Recruiter to join our team at Dexian Bangladesh Ltd. This is an onsite position based in Dhaka City.
Location: Onsite, Dhanmondi, Dhaka, Bangladesh.
Working Hours: Night Shift (8:00 pm - 5:00 am)
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and identify qualified candidates.
- Source, screen, and interview potential candidates.- Assess technical skills and suitability for specific roles.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to offer acceptance.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates.
- Stay updated with industry trends and recruitment best practices.
