Responsibilities & Context:
∎ We are seeking a skilled Recruiting Manager to join our team at Dexian Bangladesh Ltd. This is an onsite position based in Dhaka City.
∎ Responsibilities:-
∎ -Screen, and interview potential candidates.
∎ - Assess technical skills and suitability for specific roles.
∎ - Manage end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to offer acceptance.
∎ - Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates.
∎ - Stay updated with industry trends and recruitment best practices.
∎ Requirements:
∎ - Education – Engineering in IT/B.Tech or Masters in any IT degree would be a plus.
∎ - Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and tools.
∎ - 8-10 years of IT recruiting experience (for any country would work)
∎ - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ - Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
∎ - Strong organizational and time management skills.
∎ - Willingness to work night shifts (7:30 pm - 4:30 am).
∎ - 3-5 years of team management experience (should have managed 15-20 recruiters/employees directly)
∎ -Should be able to coordinate and work well with US and India team and takes directions very well.
