∎ Lead and manage the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives.
∎ Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth.

∎ Conduct market research and analyze sales data to inform strategic decisions.
∎ Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.

∎ Provide training, coaching, and mentoring to the sales team.
