Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Information Technology, Master of Science (MSc) in Computer Science & Engineering, Master of Science (MSc) in Information Technology, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration
∎ Master's in Business Administration will be an added advantage. From any reputed University.
∎ JavaScript experience beyond jQuery.
∎ Experience using cloud technologies such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), Azure, etc.
∎ Experience with Docker, Spark, Hadoop, Airflow, and/or Zeppelin.
∎ Experience with AWS, AWS EMR and/or AWS Lambda.
∎ Knowledge of HIPAA compliance.
∎ Experience in the healthcare industry.
∎ Skills Required: AgileScrum, blockchain, Business Analyst, JavaScript, Python Programmer, SQL Query, WebAPIRestAPI
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ End-to-End Project Management and Leading Technical Team to ensure flawless Software Project Development and Delivery.
∎ Translate application storyboards and use cases into functional applications
∎ Contribute to all phases of the development life-cycle
∎ Follow best practices (e.g., test-driven development, continuous integration, Scrum, refactoring, code standards)
∎ Solve complex performance problems and architectural challenges
∎ Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, and work hours
∎ Organizing, attending and participating in stakeholder meetings
∎ Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings
∎ Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings
∎ Ensuring project deadlines are met
∎ Communication with the Shareholder time to time
∎ Coordinate with top management for Business Development and Providing administrative support as needed
∎ Planning, executing and finalizing solutions related to new and existing products, modules, and services.
∎ Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

∎ Minimum 2 years of experience in Software Project Management/Project Coordination
∎ Minimum 3 years of experience in Software Engineering/Development (Python),
∎ Solid knowledge of standard web technology; WebAPI or RESTful API's.
∎ Strong experience with design patterns, multi-threaded systems, and automated unit testing.
∎ Strong experience with SQL, query writing, etc.
∎ Experience processing large-scale data sets.
∎ Strong knowledge on Blockchain Technology.
∎ Experience writing scalable applications on distributed architectures.
∎ Being able to balance velocity and technical debt
∎ Drive for continuous personal and organizational improvement

∎ Experience developing and managing end-to-end project plans and ensure on-time delivery

∎ Successful candidates will be experienced in Software Engineering/Development, Team Leading and Project Management, Business Development
∎ Proven experience in Software Project Management, Technical Team Leading, team building, Ability to work well with other developers and collaborate with team
∎ Strong communication skill, and collaboration with top management Strong technical skills, including an understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
∎ End-to-End Project Management (From scratch to goLive)
∎ Experienced working with Python, SQL, and processing large-scale data sets.
∎ Good understanding of Version Control System (Git & SVN)
∎ Good understanding of code review process
∎ Experience working in a Scrum development process
∎ Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements
∎ Experience with software development estimation
∎ Experience working in a Scrum development process
