Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage Cross Functional large Technology Team consisting of developers of diversified experience to provide fast and efficient sprint management
∎ Lead processes to gather scope requirements of a project including performing JAD sessions
∎ Meet the clients to determine requirements
∎ Estimate budget, schedule, cost and required team skills
∎ Maintain a constant tab on tasks assigned and dependencies to avoid bottlenecks
∎ Log Bugs, CR, MR tasks on the projects along with their RCA/Details as required
∎ Measure project performance using appropriate project management tools and techniques
∎ Provide advice on information systems strategy, policy, management, security and service delivery to Technology Team
∎ Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout the entire project execution
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 35 years
∎ B.Sc in Computer Science and Engineering from an accredited institution
∎ Minimum 4-5 years of experience in the project management role
∎ PMP Certification is preferred
∎ Knowledge of PHP, MySQL, JQuery, CSS, Bootstrap, Codeigniter, and Laravel is a plus
∎ Team Player/Cross-Functional Team Player
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
∎ Expert in monitoring large teams, and operational execution and always ready to collaborate with colleagues
∎ Ability to multitask, solve problems, and be self-motivated
∎ Has quick learning approach: fail fast, learn fast, improve fast–if it works, keep it, otherwise dump it
Salary: Tk. 60000 - 80000 (Monthly)
