Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Play an active role to achieve the objectives of the organization in relation to its urban programme
∎ • Facilitate process to assess training needs, design curriculum, develop relevant materials to organize and facilitate training and workshops on various WASH related issues.
∎ • Support organization to integrate WASH issues in the health and education systems
∎ • Organize campaign and media action for mass awareness raising
∎ • Support social mobilization, behavior change and community strengthening mechanism under the project
∎ • Identify the opportunity to jointly work with other service providers, utility departments etc. to promote better environmental sanitation and water services
∎ • Build and maintain strong relationships with relevant agencies, local government institutions and other relevant stakeholders for influencing them for pro-poor WASH services and efficient system
∎ • Guide and support Community Mobilizers to accomplish their responsibilities timely and consistently.
∎ Pay regular field visit with a focus on ensuring quality.
∎ Document good practices and lessons learned.
∎ Periodic reports on the supervision and monitoring the quality of the implementation.
∎ Prepare monthly, Quarterly and Annually plan based on the overall plan.
∎ Prepare monthly, quarterly & annual report provide UNICEF format and send to Program Coordinator
∎ Any other responsibility may be assigned by Program Coordinator as and when required.

∎ Age 25 to 35 years

Salary: Tk. 35000 (Monthly)
