∎ Organized, with effective time management skills.

∎ Provide suggestions to the production department based on customer feedback.
∎ Ensure the effectiveness of sales by guiding the sales team.
∎ Continually monitor after-sales services.
∎ Maintaining relationships with distributors/key business partners, and customers.
∎ Monitor activities, products and services of competitors.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the management.
