Ensure the effectiveness of cross-selling activities by guiding sales team.
Educating the sales team by providing training on sales techniques.
Forecasting annual, quarterly and monthly sales goals.
Ensure alignment with distributor and customer strategy and plans for profitability and sustainable growth.
Continually monitor and track divisional / area sales performance.
Making Monthly visiting/tour plan for all team members and implements it effectively by regular follow-up and discussions with team members.
Sale analysis: Value wise and Product Wise.
Maintaining relationship with distributors/key business partners, appointment of distributors and settlement of claims.
Monitoring activities, products and services of competitors.
Reviewing divisional / area expenses and recommending improvements.
