  • Goal oriented and ambitious, with capacity and drive to reach and exceed quotas.

  • Demonstrated negotiation skills and ability to build and maintain a trusting customer relationship.

  • Must be self-motivated, proactive, and have a high-energetic approach to problem solving.

  • Demonstrated cold calling sales ability, with assertive, positive and persistent style.

  • Ability to effectively communicate through all mediums (verbal, listening, written).

  • Aptitude for acquiring sales skills and product knowledge.

  • Organized, with effective time management skills.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Establish clear sales objectives for each team member of the region.

  • Plan for the achievement of individual and divisional / area targets in alignment with the strategies and policies of the company.

  • Ensure the effectiveness of cross-selling activities by guiding sales team.

  • Educating the sales team by providing training on sales techniques.

  • Forecasting annual, quarterly and monthly sales goals.

  • Ensure alignment with distributor and customer strategy and plans for profitability and sustainable growth.

  • Continually monitor and track divisional / area sales performance.

  • Making Monthly visiting/tour plan for all team members and implements it effectively by regular follow-up and discussions with team members.

  • Sale analysis: Value wise and Product Wise.

  • Maintaining relationship with distributors/key business partners, appointment of distributors and settlement of claims.

  • Monitoring activities, products and services of competitors.

  • Reviewing divisional / area expenses and recommending improvements.
