∎ Excellent Communication Skills·
∎ Ability to Work under Pressure·
∎ Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage daily fish farm operations, including feeding, breeding, and harvesting.
∎ Track fish growth, health, and breeding schedules.
∎ Test and monitor water quality regularly to support healthy fish growth.
∎ Adjust water parameters (temperature) as needed.
∎ Implement biosecurity measures to prevent disease.
∎ Coordinate with veterinary experts for disease prevention and treatment.
∎ Maintain records on fish production, water quality, and health.
∎ Provide regular reports on key metrics.
