Job Context:
∎ Community Development Centre (CODEC) invites application for the following positions from the potential Bangladeshi nationals for implementing “The Children Ambassador Project” funded by ERIKS Development Partner. The goal of this project is “Rights of children are respected, their views are considered and they will act as a change maker for their society”. The working area of the project will be Bagerhat District (Mongla and Rampal Upazilla).

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Technical Officer will play a lead role in developing Activity Plan and Detailed Implementation Plan for each year and update quarterly.
∎ Provide proper guideline to field personnel in project activities implementation.
∎ Network and relation build up with local government and administration
∎ Arrange day observation, Cultural programmes, Child Parliament, Community Participation, Debates, Bridge school program, different meetings and workshop.
∎ Support the Project coordinator in preparing and maintaining reporting and documentation.
∎ • Manage active support in field assessment and monitoring visits of ERIKS, CODEC and other related officials.
∎ Maintain implementation and reporting standards and overseeing the work at different level.
∎ Ensuring that program activities are implemented according to established program principles with adequate community participation.
∎ Organize inception meetings, consultation workshop with local administration (Upazilla).
∎ Provide adequate direction and support to the field level staff to ensure effective cordination at that level.
∎ Organize advocacy workshop for updating fisherman list, getting government support on ban seasons and safety net.
∎ Assist the CODEC central M&E team to ensure regular monitoring of the project activities.
