Job Responsibilities:
∎ Implementing all project activities in the project area;
∎ Regular communication with CiC, ACiC, CMO, SMS team, and other actors for the successful operation of project activities.
∎ Monitor the work of the field-based ECD facilitators by conducting regular onsite visits and assessments in order to ensure program quality.
∎ Provide technical assistance to facilitators in all centers either for direct implementation.
∎ Support in capacitating ECD facilitators and POs through planning and delivering ECD technical training in coordination with the JCF ECD focal.
∎ Support in conducting refresher training for facilitators on ECD content on a monthly basis.
∎ Ensure facilitators are implementing the Education Sector ECD guideline for children and caregivers in all centers.
∎ Support in conducting assessments and data collection based on the Education Sector ECD guideline monitoring and evaluation tools.
∎ Conduct regular field visits to ensure successful program implementation for the centers and for the home visiting program using specific program monitoring tools provided by the JCF ECD focal.
∎ Submit weekly field reports and student attendance tracker including progress against targets and monitoring checklist results.
∎ Conducts the training, orientation, and workshops required to equip the POs and the facilitators with the knowledge and skills for the ECD programs, including health, CP, peer, and parent support groups.
∎ Conduct community of practice to enrich the team with depth understanding of the main update in terms of ECD implementation.
∎ Prepare a monthly schedule for training and field visits.
∎ Collaborate with relevant JCF field teams to enhance the quality of program implementation.
∎ Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
∎ Supervise the team members (POs & ECD Facilitator’s), providing operational leadership, technical support, and managerial guidance.
∎ Organize and facilitate teachers' training, TLC, parents meeting, parents support group meetings, print-rich materials development, and 5 corners activity in collaboration with TC, STS, and TS.
∎ Participate in an initial LC mapping exercise to select target communities within targeted areas.
∎ Collaborate on the development of camp area stakeholder meetings, seminars, and workshops.
∎ Ensure accurate financial and program reporting to the TC, STS, TS, and Sr. A&FO in accordance with agreed-upon work plans and financial plans.
∎ Assess teachers’ performance through observation, class visits, spot-checks by a checklist with technical support, and review of the lesson plan.
∎ Support and participate in the interview process for new teachers.
∎ Report on activities and results in POs and relevant staff when required.
∎ Providing weekly statistical reports through the KOBO and ONA toolbox.
∎ Follow the organization's Child Safeguarding, PSEA, Gender, and WB Policy.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Must have at least 3 years of relevant working experience on education project implementation in any reputed NGO.
∎ Must have at least 3 years of relevant working experience on education project implementation in any reputed NGO.
∎ Candidate having B.Ed/M. Ed will be given priority.
∎ Having a valid motorcycle driving license.
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bangla and English.
∎ Excellent skills in project management, financial management and report writing.
∎ Have computer skills with all Microsoft Office programs (MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
∎ Knowledge of the local language will be an asset.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 71,148 per month, Consolidated and other admissible benefits as per organizational policy as well as the project.
