Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Architecture (M.Arch) in Agricultural Science
∎ Should have a minimum educational qualification of a Master's degree in Agricultural Science (More Preferable-Agronomy/Soil Science/Plant Pathology /Entomology) from any Agricultural university.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 36 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Implement, manage, supervise and provide technical oversight of complex scopes of work including production of technical documents and delivery of effective capacity-strengthening interventions that meet stringent standards of quality and achieve the target.
∎ Preferably have a successful track record of working on target oriented production of seeds/field crops.
∎ Have a record of achieving project objectives in a context of similar scope and challenges.
∎ Demonstrated excellent track record of achieving results in similar types of activities.
∎ Demonstrated supervisory experience with teams and professional groups in a cosmopolitan environment.
∎ Able to deliver under tight deadlines with a high degree of flexibility and adaptability in order to respond to changing needs/requirements and effectively address issues .
∎ Strong communication skills, with excellent written and spoken English.
∎ Practical knowledge on computer operation (MS Office), internet and email operation .
∎ Have experience motorcycle driving with valid license.
∎ Work experience in rural areas.
∎ He will carry out any other duties as assigned by the authority

Salary: Tk. 23000 - 25000 (Monthly)
