Educational Requirements:
∎ M. Sc / B.Sc in Civil Engineering, Water Resource and Sanitation Engineering

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Development Agency, NGO

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide technical guidance and support to project overall technical issues, to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, sustainability, and impact soundness in the implementation and in accordance with standards and priorities.
∎ Lead the delivery of overall technical services for humanitarian response to meet the standards and maintaining the quality.
∎ Ensure effective implementation of project interventions maintaining highest possible level of standards and quality by ensuring necessary technical support to project and utilizing resources for implementation.
∎ Prepare drawing, design, and construction or upgradation of different types of WASH infrastructure as well as collaborative work with procurement to support quotations collection, quotation evaluation etc.
∎ Technical supervision and crosschecking of WASH infrastructure construction materials before installation with specifications, drawing, design quality and quantity.
∎ Facilitate donor and sectoral expert field visit.
∎ Maintain liaise with UNICEF and NGO Forum central levels, and with other government and non-governmental stakeholders as required.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Have experience on Field coordination, Reporting, Preparation of design, drawing & BoQ's and experience of procurement, vendor management and preparing project completion report etc.
∎ Team management- Ability to work under limited supervision - Dynamism - Good report writing ability-Computer skills (Have strong knowledge of AutoCAD, WaterGEMS, GIS, MS Office).
∎ Ability to work well under pressure and in response to changing needs.
∎ Have better understanding on WASH sector standard.
∎ Experience of facilitating community participation in WASH and community-based infrastructure development.
∎ Good written and spoken in English is essential.
∎ Working knowledge in Refugee context will be added advantage.

Salary: Tk. 110000 (Monthly)
