We are seeking for a dynamic and experienced Technical Manager for the Sample & Technical Department in a 100% Export Oriented Sweater Manufacturing Factory.

Job location will be Chayadana, Gazipur.

• Provide solution to all garment-related technical problems raised during sampling and production.

• Follow up on all technical issues as per buyer requirements.

• Ensure PP meeting coordination before production.

• Follow up with the factory sample department and the PP sample according to the buyer's requirements.

• Continuation size set chart with the technical sheet and make sample for the inline.

• Follow up on all of the technical issues and solve them accordingly until the shipment.

• Make official communication on all inquiries with the related departments.

• Arrange and allocate Linking, sewing machines & iron to achieve the target of the provided plan.

• Distribute and follow up responsibilities among the manpower of the sample department.

• Checking all the orders' details, buyer comments, sample development, and advising the factory quality team.

• Any other tasks as assigned by the management.
