We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Technical Head to lead the Sample & Technical Department in a 100% Export Oriented Sweater Manufacturing Factory.

Job location will be Chayadana, Gazipur.

• Lead and oversee all technical operations, including development, sampling, and bulk production for Sweater.

• Collaborate with buyers and merchandising teams to interpret technical requirements, ensure accurate product specifications, and deliver high-quality samples on time.

• Manage sourcing of yarn, fabric, trims, and accessories in alignment with procurement and cost-optimization strategies.

• Monitor and control production processes to ensure compliance with buyer standards, AQL, and international quality requirements.

• Implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce rework, and minimize lead times.

• Supervise factory technical teams (pattern, CAD, knitting, linking, washing, finishing) and ensure their skills are continuously upgraded.

• Coordinate with compliance, IE, and QA teams to ensure safety, sustainability, and quality standards are met.

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during production, ensuring on-time delivery and cost-effective solutions.

• Conduct risk analysis and pre-production meeting to identify potential challenges and develop preventive measures.

• Foster strong relations with buyers, vendors, and suppliers to support smooth operation and long-term collaboration.

• Any other tasks as assigned by the management.
