• Manage the day-to-day operations of the Sample Section and ensure effective coordination among all teams.
• Distribute work among sample men, cutters, and sewing operators to meet deadlines.
• Monitor sample progress and ensure that fit samples, size sets, PP (per-production), and shipment samples are completed on time.
• Maintain sample tracking sheets and daily/weekly reports.
• Motivate team members to maintain high productivity and quality standards while minimizing unnecessary overtime. Provide technical guidance to resolve sample-related issues promptly.
• Ensure proper storage, use, and handling of fabrics, trims, and accessories.
• Coordinate proactively with buying houses and related personnel to resolve sample issues quickly.
• Identify bottlenecks or delays and propose workflow improvements for faster sample development.
• Participate in PP (per-production) and other meetings with the merchandising and production teams to determine priorities.
• Provide training and guidance to junior staff to improve their skills, efficiency, and quality performance. Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and company policies.
• Must be Pattern & Sample Experience 05 Years.
