Job Context:
∎ Improved WASH Services to the Myanmar Refugees Population in Ukhiya Upazila, Cox`s Bazar District.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work closely with the project management for Hygiene Promotion activities to ensuring the effective hygiene promotion activity implementation.
∎ Ensure implementation of hygiene promotion activities focused in Behaviour Change through the implementation of CCC-PLTH and RANAS.
∎ Lead the Hygiene promotion team in the preparation of concise internal monthly, quarterly, and programmatic visit reports, and contribute to the overall Programme reports.
∎ Ensure that there is adequate support and capacity building for the project staff and Hygiene Promotion Volunteers to implement integrated Hygiene promotion in line with the UNICEF and sector frameworks and strategies and consistent with relevant NGO Forum policies, guidelines, \and standards.
∎ Prepare detail implementation plan for hygiene promotion activities in coordination with project management.
∎ Provide support to the distribution of hygiene items and conduct monitoring and follow up to ensure proper usage of items and appropriateness.
∎ Maintain full qualitative and quantitative records and reports of activities, disaggregated by age, gender and diversity where appropriate as per UNICEF/Sector requirement.
∎ Coordinate with stakeholders to provide technical input wherever required.
∎ Facilitate donor and sectoral expert field visit.
∎ Maintain liaise with UNICEF and NGO Forum central levels, and with other government and non-governmental stakeholders as required.

∎ Have experience on Planning, Implementation, Monitoring, Reporting and Community Hygiene Promotion.
∎ Team management- Ability to work under limited supervision - Dynamism - Good report writing ability-Computer skills.
∎ Ability to work well under pressure and in response to changing needs.
∎ Have better understanding on CCC-PLTH and RANAS Approach and WASH sector standard.
∎ Good written and spoken in English is essential.
Salary: Tk. 110000 (Monthly)
