Job Context:

∎ To lead the Labaid Healthcare platform, which is a vertical within Labaid Group, to manage the vast repository of health data through digital means for better patient service and a sustainable business model.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide strategic direction and leadership to the Labaid Healthcare vertical.
∎ Ensure better service to patients by turning vast quantity of health data into actionable insights;
∎ Engage with the clinicians to make the EMR process robust & sustainable;
∎ Design and implement a web-based, on demand healthcare platform business;
∎ Continuously develop the cross-functional team to fully operationalize the new business vertical;
∎ Work closely with Marketing/Product teams to achieve set targets/KPIs;
∎ Constantly update & develop the healthcare processes toward optimum outcome for the patients.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Min. 10-15 years of relevant work experience (must have proven, leadership experience with digital health platforms).
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ Strong analytical & strategic planning ability.
∎ A team player with extraordinary Leadership skills.
