• Professionals who have returned from overseas after working in private residences will be given preference.

• Candidates with technical experience in 3-4-star hotels or resorts with technical know how would be given preference.

• Professionals with administrative experience combined with technical expertise would be given preference.

• Work Location: Golpogriho, Kanchan, Rupganj, Narayanganj

Oversee and maintain facility operation: Air conditioning systems/VRF, electrical systems, water supply and mechanical. Inspect and maintain all fire safety protection equipment including extinguishers, alarms, hydrants, sprinklers, and detectors, plumbing and gas connections, Lift fountain, Diesel Generator/Substation electrical power supply, distribution, and panel board maintenance, monitoring and maintaining all internal and external lighting systems of the project. Building management system and its related maintenance activities.

Maintenance activities:

• Coordinate and supervise technical staff and service providers.
• Ensure smooth day-to-day technical operations.
• Handle emergency technical issues promptly and efficiently
• Lead emergency response plans and remain available for urgent operational issues.
• Perform any task/project assigned by the supervisor.

• Maintain proper etiquette. respectful behavior, and calm, polite demeanor at all times.
• Strong technical knowledge in facility maintenance.
