Job Context:
∎ MAAKVIEW.COM LTD. is looking for a Technical & E-Commerce Development Manager to provide sound technical leadership in all aspects of E-commerce business. He will communicate with employees, management and customers to ensure company`s technologies are used appropriately. He will join us to drive the building, rollout and growth of a Wholesale and Marketplace solution with a focus on the development of a sustainable supply chain of brands, products and solutions for both Business and Consumers.
∎ We will give special priority to those who have E-commerce experience.
∎ Job location: Elephant Road, Dhaka, Bangladesh
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop technical aspects of the company's strategy to ensure alignment with its business goals
∎ Discover and implement new technologies that yield competitive advantage
∎ Help departments use technology profitably
∎ Supervise system infrastructure to ensure functionality and efficiency
∎ Build quality assurance and data protection processes
∎ Monitor KPIs and IT budgets to assess technological performance
∎ Communicate technology strategy to management
∎ Proven experience as a CTO or similar leadership role
∎ Knowledge of technological trends to build strategy
∎ Understanding of budgets and business-planning
∎ Ability to conduct technological analyses and research
∎ Excellent communication skills
∎ Leadership and organizational abilities
∎ Strategic thinking
∎ Problem-solving aptitude
∎ Identify market obstacles and technical hurdles and manage risks appropriately.
∎ Maintain up-to-date knowledge of technology standards, industry trends, emerging technologies and software development best practice and apply as appropriate.
