Job Responsibilities:
∎ Explain products, services, and prices to customers through phone calls or social media channels.
∎ Asking questions to engage customers and keep the conversation going.
∎ Informs clients by answering questions; providing information.
∎ Initiating sales with potential customers over the phone.
∎ Listening to the customers needs to generate repeat sales.
∎ Receiving calls & customer inquiries and selling products over the phone call as per instruction.
∎ Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions or alternatives.
∎ Sense of responsibility and achieving the target.
∎ Analytic skills and the working ability for team development.
∎ Good command of Microsoft office especially Excel for daily reporting.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 21 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent Communication skills to interact with customers and demonstrate good listening skills.
∎ Self-motivated and Willing to work for a longer period.
∎ Confident to take challenges.
