Educational Requirements:

∎ Specialized experience on Education in national or International organization/s;
∎ Minimum of 5 years of work experience within the field of education as Education Specialist; Program Manager, Master Trainer of formal or Non-Formal education program;
∎ Skills Required: Computer skill

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The Technical Coordinator is responsible for providing technical support e.g. pedagogy to the project and specifically to staff members implementing the Early learning and Informal Basic Education for Children from Myanmar in Bangladesh. S/he is responsible for implementing, monitoring and maintaining the quality of education as perceived for Rohingya nationals. S/he is to do the regular coordination, ensuring periodic reporting, provides technical support, academic input as required by the project field team. Extensive field visits and liaison with donors' representatives, CiC, RRRC, Site management, Local community, Rohingya Mazhi, as well as Implementing NGOs.
∎ Outstanding analytical and writing skills and proven ability to quickly understand complex challenges and propose solutions in organized, articulate concept papers, reports, and proposals;
∎ Understanding of development programs with special focus on education program specially Education in Myanmar Curriculum;
∎ Provide full technical support in terms of Myanmar Curriculum Piloting (MCP) and material development;
∎ Facilitate procurement of educations materials as per requisition from the field and ensure supply;
∎ Develop/collect supplementary education materials as per assessed needs of diverse geographical and cultural context;
∎ Monitor progress of the learners, measure competency level, oversee the performance of the tutors/facilitators and share feedback with the Training Team for upgrade of the competencies;
∎ Sensitive to local and national development and clear understanding of the education sector development in Bangladesh;
∎ Regularly shares knowledge on new international best practice trends;
∎ Proactively applies relevant international best practices to own work;
∎ Conformity in working with goal-oriented activities;
∎ Sensitivity to Rohingya nationals, Child rights, and specific understanding of the Education in Emergencies;
∎ Innovation in mindset, accommodative and knowledge of IKP;
∎ Extra knowledge on Myanmar Curriculum and Language added value.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent oral and written communication skills; familiarity with MSWord, Excel, Power Point,(Microsoft office); Excellent organizational skills with a willingness to assume responsibilities and take initiative; ability to be a team player;
∎ Able to work under pressure, Adaptability, Child Protection

∎ Tk. 75000 - 80000 (Monthly)
