Job Responsibilities:
∎ To provide leadership in achieving the organizational vision, mission, goal, and outcomes of the project mobilizing, staff, and other project resources.
∎ To manage the project team and build their capacity through ongoing coaching for performance.
∎ To lead technical and support team members in project implementation in accordance with the standards of programming and the requirements and the donor including financial and M&E functions.
∎ To ensure a high standard of transparency and accountability in resource mobilization, allocation, utilization in compliance with JCF Financial Policies and procedures.
∎ To manage the relationship with CIC’s, NGOs, Site management, and Government counterpart ensuring that project objectives under which they are responsible are achieved, its field implementation is managed and coordinated.
∎ To ensure & explore project performance through review and impact evaluation of the project.
∎ To ensure an effective communication process in which JCF Cox’s Office, JCF Head Office, Donors, and Key Stakeholders can get authentic data and information about the project achievement.
∎ To ensure planning, monitoring & budgeting as per project design.
∎ To ensure documentation and reporting to JCF management and donor/s as per requirements in time with quality.
∎ To take capacity-building initiative for project staff.
∎ Follow the organization's Child Protection & PSEA Policy.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 32 years
∎ At least 8 years including one year of experience in Rohingya Camp and at least two years experience in adolescent development projects.
∎ Strong organizational and management skills, with a proven track record of managing people.
∎ Strong problem solving, interpersonal, and communication skills.
∎ Good knowledge and skills in forecasting and budgeting.
∎ Ability to demonstrate Servant leadership and foster a team-oriented atmosphere.
∎ Strong facilitation skills.
∎ Proven management and leadership ability.
∎ Advocacy, partnering, and networking skills.
∎ Effective communication skills.
∎ Fluency in oral and written English.
∎ Decision-making and conflict resolution skills.
∎ Knowledge of resource acquisition, project monitoring, quality, and able to write a report.
∎ Competent in using MS Word, MS Excel, and PowerPoint presentations.
∎ Ability to work under stressful conditions and adaptive to local culture and situation
∎ At least 5 years of demonstrated experience of project management, including multi-sector programmes, preferably experience of working in the fields of Education, adolescents Development which at least 3 years in project experience.
∎ People management experience.
∎ Able to create a working environment where team members have equal rights to listen, speak up and contribute to achieving a common goal of the project.
Salary:
∎ Consolidated Tk. 88,000 per month and other admissible benefits as per organizational policy as well as the project.
