Job Context:
∎ As a member of the Application Management Unit, the person will be responsible for ensuring the best support and maintenance of the applications being used in the bank.
∎ Designation: JO - SO
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Troubleshoot and resolve any problems with business application software in coordination with vendor or in-house developers.
∎ Manage Downtimes in coordination with infrastructure and relevant stakeholders
∎ Conduct Training for the employees on the use of any new software applications.
∎ Application administration including parameter setup, user creation, application backup, DR testing, etc
∎ Provide applications-related technical support and problem resolution by reviewing issues and providing relevant solutions to end users.
∎ Root cause analysis of disputes and fraudulent activities through digital platforms.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 18 years
∎ To have a strong working knowledge of computer application management including network and hardware basics.
∎ Excellent technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to adhere to deadlines.
∎ Take on a challenging and highly technical role
∎ Possess excellent problem-solving skills
∎ Stay up-to-date with the latest hardware and software processes
∎ The ability to remain up-to-date with the latest software developments.
∎ The ability to handle stressful situations.
