Responsibilities & Context:
Supervise daily operations of the F&B outlets, ensuring smooth service flow.
Lead, motivate, and train F&B associates to deliver exceptional guest service.
Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and service standards.
Handle guest complaints professionally and provide quick solutions.
Assist the Restaurant/Outlet Manager in scheduling, inventory, and cost control.
Maintain high levels of cleanliness and service presentation in all outlets.
Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments for seamless operations.
Contribute to upselling and revenue generation through effective service.
