Educational Requirements:
∎ Second Degree in the field Business Administration, Marketing Communications, Economics, Law or related field.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 8 year(s)
Job Context:
∎ Location: Based at CARE Rangpur/Kishoreganj Office
∎ Duration: Duration of the Contract will be up to 31 March 2024.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 7 to 8 years of professional experience, ideally related to partnership development with private sector institutions and development, business-related studies.
∎ Knowledge of counter-trafficking in persons an asset but not required Knowledge of the Bangladeshi private and NGO regulatory framework related to enterprises, business finance, and social involvement activities of private sector institutions required.
∎ Computer literate in word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software (Microsoft).
∎ Strong financial analysis skills.
∎ Good understanding of pro-poor business process and business models.
∎ Good understanding of joint ventures.
∎ Excellent understanding of micro-business start-ups.
∎ Excellent interpersonal and oral and written communication skills a must.
∎ Hardworking, commitment, ability to communicate and self- motivated person.
∎ Good interpersonal Skills.
∎ Attention to details.
∎ Field and technical experience with entrepreneurship training, business development (special focus on micro-businesses is an asset), youth development.
∎ Excellent oral and written communication skills and experience of presenting information succinctly.
∎ Computer proficiency in MS words, MS-Excel, MS Access, MS PowerPoint.
∎ A strong understanding and experience of working on the role of the private sector in poverty reduction and sustainable development, either from a consultancy or CSO background, with particular expertise value chains and market systems facilitation with a gender lens.
∎ Expertise and experience in delivering and managing complex projects and be.
∎ Able to work with tight deadlines.
∎ Excellent communication and advisory skills, along with your analytical and conceptual thinking
∎ Agility and dynamic approach to work that seeks to build a better way to perform tasks assigned.
