To successfully implement the child protection service, the field facilitator is responsible for conducting structured sessions on Engaging Men through Accountable Practice (EMAP), context-sensitive strategies, mainly the male engagement approaches, etc, and outreach-based activities, including Gender Based Violence (GBV) prevention, risk mitigation, empowerment of women, outreach, capacity building, and coordination-related activities. In order to ensure adequate services, this position will regularly connect with the children and adolescents, as well as the community.
Facilitate GBV prevention discussions, including Workshops, and identify Role Models in the community to lead male engagement activities
Ensure day-to-day project implementation to provide GBV awareness-raising activities in the community and collect the community's feedback
Work with community stakeholders, community leaders, camp committees, and Imams to execute GBV Prevention interventions
Coordinate with stakeholders to enable and develop GBV programming
Provide training/ mentoring to community male role models for GBV prevention activities
Support in the community-based child protection committee, parents, and caregiver committee to ensure the child protection service for vulnerable people.
Through home-to-home visits, identify and registration of community, parents, caregivers, and provide positive parenting sessions, conduct CBCPC, WLG sessions, and community-led initiatives
Ensure outreach-based child protection activities
Maintain attendance and follow up the activity with the children and adolescent regular basis
Prepare and submit regular work plans and progress reports for supervisor review and feedback
Develop the capacity of the Volunteer who is working inside the multi-purpose child and adolescent center and outside the center
Timely reporting to the relevant authority regarding the MPC activities.

Ensure the safety of Programme Participants, people who come into contact with the organisation and team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation including sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA) to achieve the programme`s goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment
Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action
Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place and encourage others to do so
