Job Context:
∎ We are 100% export oriented Sweaters manufacturing company is looking for a dynamic and experienced Team Leader -Marketing & Merchandising (Sweater) Department and able to good communication with foreign buyers of Sweaters manufacturing business.
∎ Job Location will be 36, Gazipura, Sataish Road, Tongi, Gazipur.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Candidate should be experienced in Sweater manufacturing process.
∎ Making a Budget cost sheet for each style before Bulk execution and taking management approval accordingly
∎ Effective follow-up on materials inventory, production process, quality standards & team performance.
∎ Managing client's account from order inquiry to shipment.
∎ Checking costing and pricing of the garments as well as negotiating with the buyer to reach the final acceptable price.
∎ Coordination with all Departments; Yarn , Knitting, Linking, Ironing, Packing, Finishing, Store, to ensure smooth production flow of the orders.
∎ Making fruitful plan for the upcoming season's business according to product category and making a strategic business plan to support management goals.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Buyer Handling, Order Management, Order sourcing , Specially Japan & Australia marketing experience will be more preferable.
∎ Very strong in handling overseas suppliers and vendors independently
∎ Excellent team player - proactive, sharp, smart, polite, aggressive, with a charming personality, quick decision-making ability and with proven track record
∎ Must be excellent in written and verbal communication skills
∎ Strong organizing, planning, directing and problem-solving skills
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Salary will be increased on performance appraisal.
