• Strong analytical and numerical skills.

• Advanced proficiency in Excel, ERP, and MIS tools.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet reporting deadlines.

• Strong communication and coordination skills.

Probridhi Apparels Ltd., a leading sweater manufacturing company, is looking for a dynamic, skilled, and experienced Manager (MIS) to join our team and support the continuous improvement of our management information systems..

Department: Management Information System (MIS)

Location: Company’s Head Office at Gazipura, Tongi

• Prepare and analyze material cost per style and provide variance reports.

• Calculate per-minute cost (SAM-based) and update related cost sheets.

• Maintain and monitor stock accounts, ensuring accuracy and timely reconciliation.

• Manage and update leftover material accounts with proper documentation.

• Develop and deliver daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management decision-making.

• Coordinate with Production, Planning, Commercial, and Accounts dept. to ensure data accuracy.

• Maintain all MIS-related databases and ensure data integrity.

• Assist management with business analytics, cost optimization insights, and any special reporting requirements.

• Perform other MIS-related tasks assigned by the management.
