Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc or Diploma in Textile engineering or other related field
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 6 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage the Finishing department efforts, assuring responsibility for production quality, cost and delivery
∎ Develop and execute a workflow plan that reflects the demand forecast.
∎ Manage the Finishing Production schedules to ensure maximum efficiency
∎ Ensure accurate inventory control procedures.
∎ Ensure the raw materials and finished goods always meet customer's requirements.
∎ Obtain direct order from external sources as approved by the COO.
∎ Ensure the department's equipment is maintained to optimal levels of operation
∎ Directs the Finishing supervisors responsible for managing and operating the Finishing Department within the Complex.
∎ Responsible for using lean principles and operating practices to establish, maintain and improve the value that the value stream delivers to its customers.
∎ Directs finishing production activities to assure that products are produced within the established cost control and quality standards.
∎ Controls finishing operation costs within approved budgets by evaluating actual expenditures with budgeted costs, taking appropriate action of necessary to accurately project operation expenses.
∎ Ensure safety, quality and compliance activities in workplace.
∎ Ensure and maintain a clean and tidy site.
∎ Carry out any other jobs as assigned from time to time.
∎ Evaluate staff performance, ensure floor discipline, identify training needs and manage their career development.
∎ Ensure cost reduction by reducing all kind of production wastage
Additional Requirements:

∎ Planning skill.
∎ Knowledge on SAP.
∎ Knowledge on Costing, Material handling, Floor management, Management of Manpower and Machines effectively.
