Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage and coordinate knit/dyeing production operations and ensure compliance within the established production schedules, standard costs, specifications.
∎ Plan for production on the basis of order, floor capacity, and time schedule, per day work load and on the basis of monthly target.
∎ Responsible to execute production program of different orders.
∎ Monitor the product developments.
∎ Responsible for marketing company products.
∎ Maintain existing customers and develop new customers.
∎ Responsible for developing, directing and coordinating material planning activities that support the production process
∎ Prepares and monitor budget, variance analysis and establishes goals in line with company goals
∎ Evaluate staff performance, disciplinary matters, training needs and their career development
∎ Lead safety, quality and compliance activities in workplace to ensure zero Non Compliance.
∎ Prepare report on production, maintenance, people, quality, safety, consumption, monthly stock, and production cost
∎ Ensure and maintain a clean and tidy site
∎ Carry out any other jobs as assigned from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Knowledge on Production Process.
∎ Planning skill.
∎ Knowledge on SAP.
∎ Knowledge on Costing, Material handling, Floor management,
∎ Management of Manpower and Machines effectively.
